Consultations are available in person in Christchurch or via telehealth.

All services are designed to be individualised; however, the most appropriate level of support is best determined during your Initial Consultation. You are not expected to commit to a specific service or package beforehand — recommendations will be discussed and confirmed with your clinician during your appointment.

Please note: Nutrition consultations may be eligible for health insurance rebates. We recommend checking your individual policy for coverage.
